I don't have a felony or non of that stuff but just a working hard mother that want to do more

What experience do I need to be hired as a Volunteer?

I do volunteer work for NAMI Mercer NJ. As long as you have some education most organizations will accept applications for volunteers. I recommend you try organizations, even public libraries who need adult volunteers.

Something I learned at #Lo's Chinese restaurant ...
I was going door to door with 300 applicants in front of me I learned you may have to do more then what's required. Normally, I made Lo's hire me by offering to do more then the normal job I would be hired for. I was a dishwasher, delivery driver, asst. Mgr for complaints and other issues they didn't know how to handle. Renovate and remodel entire bar and restaurant. In and outside, waiter, unload trucks and check and confirm freshness and condition of order before receiving and stocking. That was one of three part time jobs I had to make up for one full time job that wasn't avail.to anyone.

What experience do I need to be hired as a Bakery Associate?

The best answer is that. However I will say it depends who you work for. But sometimes there are extensive hours. Not only in learning the job and wokring. But learning the craft.

No experience they will teach you every you need to know about bakery work
None, the point of volunteering is that your doing what you can for something you believe in. If you don't believe in it, get out of the way, someone else does. Gaining experience and using it as a jumping off point is perfectly fine, but volunteering for a cause you don't believe in, is poor taste. So, ask less about your own experience, ask more about the cause.
