The reason i stayed at Georgia Pacific was the fact that they pay pretty decent. they treat their employees poorly though and its all about who you know

I really enjoyed the job position they gave me and constantly tried to break records. The work was challenging but I loved it!

I missed too many days! I would do everything different than I did before! I would be at work on time and be there as scheduled!

I think a GREAT work culture should have...
Georgia Pacific is a great place to work. I was great at my job and even became a trainer. The machines/equipment have been around since the stone-age but if trained properly and being there for a while you'll find the ins and outs. Then, there are the people you have to deal with. I don't know what it is but some go out of their way to mess with you. Humiliate you in a crowd. Making sure they have EVERYONE laughing at you by making up nicknames and expressions so I wouldn't know what they were talking about. People making up ridiculous rumors and lies. Just wasn't a healthy environment for me. I had to go. Loved the job but its not worth it.

Look elsewhere no money .You get time off but the twelve hours will kill you.plus they don't care about if are a temp cause they know they are not going to hire anyone on full time
