I really enjoyed the job position they gave me and constantly tried to break records. The work was challenging but I loved it!

My advice to people interested in working at #Georgiapacific as a #Digestoperator ...

Dont go there, because if you dont give sexual favors, they will find out a way to get you fired like me!

The biggest mistake I made as a #UtilityWorker at #GeorgiaPacific ...

I missed too many days! I would do everything different than I did before! I would be at work on time and be there as scheduled!

I think a GREAT work culture should have...

Georgia Pacific is a great place to work. I was great at my job and even became a trainer. The machines/equipment have been around since the stone-age but if trained properly and being there for a while you'll find the ins and outs. Then, there are the people you have to deal with. I don't know what it is but some go out of their way to mess with you. Humiliate you in a crowd. Making sure they have EVERYONE laughing at you by making up nicknames and expressions so I wouldn't know what they were talking about. People making up ridiculous rumors and lies. Just wasn't a healthy environment for me. I had to go. Loved the job but its not worth it.
