I just move from Alabama to Georgia and I got little frustrated because I’m looking for work here . I’m ready to get back in the work force to show my skills And dedication

I have over 15 years of experience in casinos from dealing to managing. My family and I moved out here to Georgia and I have had a hard time figuring out what to do.. 10 years of managing casinos apparently doesn't equate to much out here. Someone please help me!!!

Hello All, I am really starting to believe here in Ga. only way you can get a job is you have to know someone that knows someone, that knows someone else just to get an interview. I have placed more than 16 applications in several companies for positions that I know I'm qualified for , bet yet I get emails like: "We have reviewed your application. Unfortunately, you are not the right fit for the position at this time. I am sorry for the disappointing news. Best of luck in your job search". Its very depressing especially when you know you meet all the criteria that they are asking for. I really miss that times where you actually went in and filled out the application in the company.

I am finding it really hard to get hired in Ga even when you have the experience to do the jobs that are listed. I am now believing you have to know someone that knows someone who knows someone else on the inside just to get a job interview. I get so many emails that say, Thank you for applying We have reviewed your application. Unfortunately, you are not the right fit for the position at this time. Its a real headache when you know your qualifications surpass of what they are looking for. I miss the days on where you actually go in and fill out the applications.
