My advice to people interested in working at #JCI as a #ForkliftOperator ...
You have to be fast on the line if that is what you choose to do and the money is okay except they pay minimal wage....its all on you and who you are working with. I started out on the line but ended up on the forklift and I felt like I done the best I could do and helped the lines out if I seen they were backed up. I didn't have to do that but I did we a team.

The biggest mistake I made as a #ForkliftOperator at #JCI ...
Maybe putting orders in the wrong spot bc sometimes they were stacked backwards on the truck and I was thinking they were the same product

Losing faith
I was fired on sept 11th 2019. a accident that was out of my hands But my breaks went out on forklift, myself and fellow driver reacted professional in the situation. No injury or damage. I was put on 12month probation. 10 1/2 months later 2months shy of 4yrs on the job I bumped a pole no damage to pole or lift. I was fired on sept 11th. Being a ex- army Reserve why my good clean record didn't overlook the issue. I was doing my job retrieving a basket that was in a awkward place but I was the only one skilled to pull it out. I over steered a 1/4 turn and bumped a pole. Passed all drug tests I thought being reliable,on time, hard working and professional at my job small incident like that could've been looked over. To make matters worse its been 5 stressful months and haven't found a job with my resume and experience its making me lose faith. 42 engaged 4 kids wedding on hold. Poor future wife handling everything on her own. And I'm still online or riding still looking for anything. I dont know what's wrong or what to do especially with a resume of experience certified forklift operator. Really messing with my manhood and as a father not able to provide. What is the problem........

Frustrated and desperate William B. Mungin Jr.
I've been searching for work as a forklift operator for ten years I've have a record but for ten years I haven't been convicted of anything serious I'm a veteran trying to better myself and situation I'm not the man I use to be but nobody wants to give me a chance to prove myself. I love forklifts. I have paid my debt to society but it seems it's not enough. I made plenty mistakes that I can't change but why does my life in the working society have to be over. I pray constantly for God to make a way I've been trying so hard to find a job in the field I love. But it seems I'm still being punished. I'm so glad Jesus doesn't treat man that way because alot of us will be lost. I'm not the man I use to be in the past I just need a chance please help. William B. Mungin Jr.
