Find a better job. This is not for you. 80% of the people who work there have felonies and do drugs on the job and management lets them. Horrible place to work.

Do not let things stress you. We want a comfortable pace. Good efficient pacing is much better than trying to Impress with speed.

Back to the drawing board.
I'm back guys. Let me share the latest with you. After working at a company here in Indy my assignment was ended after 9 months. Fastenal is a decent place to work, but their policies suck. I came to work as I had since I started. Their policy is if you are not a fulltime employee you have to call your supervisor or team lead to let you enter the building. My supervisor was hardly around or even in the building half the time and my lead didn't respond when I texted him because he was busy somewhere in the plant. I went in the lobby to ask the receptionist to let me in she said I have to call my lead to get in. Now mind you I had been let in by employees since I started. We had been understaffed for weeks and there were normally 5 or 6 workers in my department. Now it was just myself and 1 other guy working. Everyone knew me there and I was considered to be a hard worker and an asset. Imagine my shock when after I finished my shift and was on my way home I got a call from my agency saying my assignment was ended due to a violation of company policy. I feel as though they could have written me up or suspended me. But to fire me for coming to work and doing my job. My lead was upset and said everyone thought that was b.s. So my agency sends me to a worse job farther away from my home . I am glad to be working but I'm tired of the way these jobs in Indy treat me. I give them quality work and attendance and I get treated like a loser. What's worse they won't send me to any good paying jobs and even give me an opportunity to prove that I'm worthy of a good job. I've learned my lesson about company policies and hope to find a better job. If anyone here has any job leads that don't require me to drive I would appreciate it. I am a light industrial professional. Certified forklift operator ( all types) machine operator, and have a little maintenance experience.

I need a freaking job I'm tired of getting these ads with nothing about an interview or getting a job I need a lead job I'm experienced at forklift, lockout tag out, machine operator,
I need a job
