I've got 20+ years on a forklift with supervisory experience and believe it or not I can pick a dime up off of a smooth concrete floor with a full size forklift!! Still no bites, cause I'm 46 and only have a high school diploma. But am certified on several types of lifts and machinery!! And it bother me because at the moment I'm Mr. mom and my wife is left toting the bills and it makes me feel worthless and useless as a husband, father, and a man!! It's working on me and depression is setting in!!

Back in Oct I went to a local college to take a course on how to operate a forklift. I was OSHA certified upon completion of this course but when I try to find employment I must have experience! How is one to get experience if no one is willing to hire ?
