I loved everyone in the department. Everyone got along well in the department, worked well as a team, and we were able to do projects using PowerPt and other Microsoft Programs. I worked with a gentleman from Japan who didn't speak much English. I projected his ideas in meetings using PowerPt. My actions were instrumental in helping him communicate what he needed to, to the rest of the engineers in the department, who, in turn, produced a patent for Ford Motor Company.

The things I like about working at Ford Motors was it was a clean environment my co-workers were real friendly and the pay was good
