To be at my best

Once upon a time I was Vice President of Collections, a position I held for 6+ years. I worked very hard and very smart to get there. The pressure was enormous because they would scream at us in front of our peers which was humiliating and I hated that. It also taught me a great many things. Now years later after having processed all of that, I know how to handle it, how to defend myself and how to counter with valid points and winning arguments, plus I have inherited a much thicker skin. I want to return to that environment and enjoy the job as well as the paychecks.

I finally have a job

2 1/2 months felt like an eternity but I finally got hired by a CPA firm as a tax accountant. After my horrible experience with my previous employer, I thought I’d never find a job !!!!

Changing Pace

I have 2 years of experience working for corporate companies under the retail and hospitality genres. I have been working cash jobs mostly since I was 15 or 16, as I was still in school at the time. But now, I'm looking to switch careers. I currently work in E-commerce. It's been an interesting experience, that I deeply enjoyed. However, a change of scenery draws me. I would like to be able to put in my 2 weeks notice soon, and start a new job where I can use my creative, written and editorial skills. I'll be 21 in November, and I've set a goal that by my next birthday I would have the job of my dreams (of which are simple in this case).

If you have any tips that can help me out, or any thoughts to share, comment below!

Thank you!

Curious about Wells Fargo's Impact?

Look no further!

Wells Fargo has been a huge financial institution that helps Americans succeed in their dreams for a long time. Whether that means home ownership, small business ownership, volunteering - you name it, they are probably involved in it.

You can read more about that, and how real people get real results with them by clicking here.
