Good people to work for,Team work.

Well # 1 I have the best Boss ever (Joyce) # 2 I have worked for 4 other hotels & Carolyn is the best GM that I have ever worked for, she cares about her team and appreciate each and every one of her employees. The Fairfield Marriott in Winchester Virginia is by far the best hotel I have ever worked for period. I love my job & the girls I work with but we wouldn't be the team we are without Joyce and Carolyn we are a Awesome team.

Not sure how it is now but when beth cardwell was the GM it was and shit place to work if u were a hard worker she would step over u and give the job u kill urself for to some1 that was hired on after u not have the experience u do then basicly say cuz of ur kids I didnt give it to u. But im sure its not to bad now that shes gone ......

I've worked at Fairfield Inn in the Past so I would love to continue there.

I was proud to work at marriot because its give more experience and i learn more things good staff friendly i show them my best to spend more time and show them how do i work..

The co worker cried to the GM and made things out to be a huge deal and in the end caused me to loose my job!! My reaction to the situation impacted that I'm sure because I was offended and had an attitude, but I had reason too!

Rudest must unprofessional company I have ever worked for. The hotel is a joke the pay is a jokes and no matter what the management is horrible in every way possible!! Hotel itself is gross and cleanliness is horrible. As a former housekeeper they bs threw alot of cleaning and it's gross

It is very hectic and now they pay by the room and if room is filthy you won't be able to get it cleaned In time
