I moved to the Dominican Republic in 2015. I opened EL GOZO in 2016. I rented a 1800sqft space and did the complete build out. I operated it at a profit for 4 years until the pandemic of the Dominican government closed it down. I was responsible for all aspects of the bar and billiards operations including but not limited to, ordering, inventory control, security, human resources maintenence etc. Basically it was me and my Dominican staff of five waitresses and a bartender.

What made me stay at #El Rey Papis was
El Rey Papis was a very fun environment. The people were nice and the co workers were also nice. Most of the people i started out working with left and they got replacements which were also fun but not in the same way. My boss was nice at first then we told him about sports we played or family events and he wasnt very happy about that.
What made me stay at #El Arca was able to work withe the clients to see how the mature mentally as they learn new projects.clients show you so much love along with staff. Thank you .
