What made me stay at #East Ridge Health Systems was
I loved the work and the people I served. After 18 years there I no longer felt appreciated or respected so I looked at what was available and found out that not only was I not being appreciated or respected I was being paid well below what the market was saying I was worth. The Executive Director was counting down to retirement and didn't care about the direction of the agency or about the employees or the people served. Luckily he is no longer there and I hear the agency has rebounded and is moving in the right direction again. I have fond memories of my time there and if they could come anywhere close to my current salary I would consider returning there.
