I was treated so bad by the manager Diane and a shift manager.. I was bullied, rude comments about my sexuality and I have thought about contacting a lawyer.. it's a shame that I had to work under those tearms

No one should have to get bullied and made to cry on the job..sad cause I really like the place and my job

Discriminaion

So i used to be a GM for Domino's for 3 years. This past week i had an interview with ChuckECheese for the same position. As soon as i sit done the man doing the interview says to me this is a waste of time cause the company does not hire GMs from Domino's Pizza hut or Papajohns. He decided to talk to me for 30 min anyway since i drove 40 min to the interview.. After interview is done he saysi would love to hire you and you be part of our team but im not allowed to hire GMs from domino's. Do i have a case for Discrimination??

What do think about equality for all American citizen?

I think life would be better for every one of us and for our family because gods created us to be equal no matter where I come from and no matter where you might be come from too.

About your job problems

Their are other avenues that can help you in your job searches. If you feel that your being discriminated against you could contact the Federal Trade Commission. Or The Dept. Of Justice Crime Victims services in Madison to get more services to look into.

PlaisChee

I once worked at a US government agency as an EEO Asst. and learned how NOT to ask questions related to age, gender, religious belief, etc. My search for employment over the lat few months have been plentiful and I have received an average of 15 calls a day as a result of my public resume. My problem is that in each call the 3rd question is "how old are you" or "what year did you graduate high school."
What is the answer to that question and /or should I call the Dept of Labor?

Sentinel Construction is Garbage

Literally was verbally harassed (I’ve worked in construction, I have thicker skin than most, but was called a faggot, bitch, retard, etc.) was constantly dicked around on hours, was sexually harassed (constantly talked about how my ass was making other workers horny) it was a garbage job, I was told I would get full time hours, then I ended up getting 10-20 max towards the end of summer before being let go. They literally had no work for anyone at that time. David Godbolt is a joke.

Ugh!!

I am a 19 year old female and it is difficult to find a job in my town because I am a woman. I’ve applied almost everywhere here and I’m told that they only hire men and the jobs that do hire women are all taken. What do I do??

Why me

I was terminated because I cooked lunch in the kitchen at work. It was a fully functional kitchen and I was terminated because I wanted to sit and eat lunch with the rest of the staff. The same man who went and told on me was the same one made because I would not engage in any outside relationships with him. There is nothing in the handbook saying we could not use the kitchen and my immediate supervisor gave me the okay to use it. Now I have a law suite.
