Well I love make up and i worked in the cosmetic department for Sheseido

After I left for the night one shift & got about half way home, I realized I had left some clothes in my fitting rooms. (I got transferred to the sales floor after the counter mgr. left). I didn't know how to call back to let them know I knew about it. They gathered up a bunch of clothes-not all from my areas-and left them for me to put away. I put mine away but not the others. They weren't happy but the security camera operator told me what he saw. There was a clique that ran those areas & got high sales awards every years. They got a new mgr. who changed some of the sales procedures which broke them up. I left & noticed some of them retired.

I went in to buy something from Estee Lauder & ended up getting a job!!

I love working at Dillard’s boutique store city I love working near the people I work with with wonderful I love the clothes.

Not a good company to work for. They put a lot of stress on you to meet goals.

When a costumer needed help, I was pleased to accommodate them. For example, assisting them at the fitting room.

I was on time and I was Dependable as a work and I could get along with others well
