The biggest mistake I made while working there was getting to cool wit my boss (Stacey Manna)...it's ok to be kool..she thinks your best friends instead of your boss..she talk to you any kind of way,she's very unprofessional, she talk about everyone be hide there back,she tells all your business,you can never talk to her and it just be between you two..she use you as much as she can and the second you tell her No or you can't do it,your everything under the sun,even a bad employee

I would tell them to make friends with the nurses. If the nurses don't like you you won't last very long. I was in dietary and the nurses hated me. Some of the certified nursing assistants feel like they own the floor and call the shots.
