I was let go for company policy. Using a store coupon that we give the customer. I knew about the policy. Yes I did wrong. But I should have gotten a warning and if I did it again I would be fired. Here I am 61 years old. Having to start over again. I am not having no luck on finding a job.

What i loved about my last job was the communication with the customers.

Interested in a new field of choice which is customer service to improve my interpersonal skills and be able to interact face to face with customers.

What I love most about being a Server/Bartender is meeting new people and getting a chance to brighten there day.

I did my best to accommodate him and solve the issue then referred him to management.

interacting with the other employees and clients. Everyone has a story. I listened to people's stories and became their friend. It does not take but a minute to listen. This is also part of good customer service. I take pride in providing great service to my clients and to my employer. If you look at everyone as a friend, then it takes the work out of work. Work becomes a fun place to be!!
