I quit cross Mark after 6 yrs

I loved working for Cross mark, I worked Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sun for 6 hours. I was able to work with the public and I met a lot of really nice people. I learned about new products and was able to sample most of them before purchasing.

I loved working for crossmark. I just think lead event specialist should be paid way more than they do.

I loved interacting with people and demonstrating different products making sales.

I Loved Crossmark,but when u have nerve damage in your leg's it's tough,but however they are a great Co. to work for.You don't have someone over your shoulder watching u.You must Love people and most of all u must have a good selling point.Have a good personality,and just plain & simple u must be a good seller. I was a great pusher,I had to make homemade Mashed potatoes using their chicken base,and let me say I sold out,2 time's in a 6 hr. shift,so u tell me,also they gave me that 5 hr.energy drink,I completely sold every bottle they had in that Walmart in Milford,De.,, All u need is a personality and be able to deal with people,that's all.It really was a fun job,,,I really do miss working for them,But my feet & leg's just gave out after so many hrs.,So there u have it,I hope someone from Crossmark read's this because the job was great,and I do miss working for them,You just need to love people,look I know some people are rude,but u just have to get around that.I have worked in the food and. retail business my whole life, I love it,yes there are some Nut's out there,You just need to not stoop to their level....I know it's hard but you have to be nice and SMILE,when they leave then u can just say to yourself thank-god I'm not like that,,Hey Have a great day& smile it's not worth it I have learned the hard way after 40 some yr.s...Have a great Christmas,Dianne B.

this is me on the right,my sister-in-law on the left,I was in South Carolina at this time,went to visit my brother and his wife,,it was just a lovely place.

I'm a people person and just loved my job,at Crossmark,,met alot of people and was a good seller of whatever they gave me to push that day.

I Loved working for Crossmark,but I have nerve damage in both leg's,when there was no one at my station we were not allowed to sit,my Dr.sent a fax to the main office in Texas,but then it was to late, I got really sick at christmas and had to quit,I was one of the top seller's,whatever product they gave me to sell that day I most of the time sold out... And they put me with an x-drug addict and she just went off i day,I have a great personallity and people loved me,I have a great sense of humor and like I said I was a top seller. but in the long run it was just to much on my feet all day,other then that it was a great job.And Paid well also,I wish they had a crossmark where I live, in Milton ,De,it would be great at the Food lion or any of our food chain's here near MiltonDianne Baldwin.Thank-you for your ear,,

Most of the local.crossmaek employees talk.behimd your back. Also an employee came from Oklahoma to.fi.ish a store I was.tje lead.on and he trashed me.to my managers. I couldn't get any tickets after that
