Do I Wait Or Go For It?
I just submitted my application for Costco just now and I was wondering, do I give them a call for my application status or do I wait for them to call me? I've done that with all my other applications for open positions yet no reply even though they said they're hiring. I understand they're busy and all, but should I go for it or wait and let things run its course?
I want to be the first they see when coming to Costco. And the last person they see when leaving the store. Cuz I have a big smile hahahaha

Overall great company to work for with great benefits just not too great management at the location i worked at. Also be aware that if you are not a manager or supervisor you will never get a weekend off unless you request it 3months in advance. The Costco where i worked at in Yonkers,Ny also has a lot of favoritism, so unless you're cool with management you wont move up or learn new things.

My husband applied for a job at Costco. He received a phone call about 10 minutes later and the first thing the Costco person asked was what year he graduated from high school. What kind of question is that to start off the conversation? Are they just looking at age at that point? I have never heard anything like that.

I went onto website and filled out application for position about a week ago, got an email that said it's being reviewed. I would love to work for this company, have open availability and skills in the position I applied for. Hard worker and don't mind giving extra
