Class A driver looking for local ct work

I filled out application and went to the Groton, CT store. I spoke with the assistant manager and she told me they weren't hiring even though its on their website and sign in store window. That is not acceptable to me. I was hoping to get a job, not to be told they weren't hiring.

I have applied for 3 different positions with McKesson , Shelton in the last 3 weeks and have gotten no responses. Can you tell me if these positions have been filled?
