Exhausted

My job is just full of headaches! I can't wait to get a new job and get out of there. My manager makes it harder, I hardly get paid and she sometimes takes advantage of me & my other co workers. But all y'all are appreciated. Keep doing a good job to all the hard workers :)

As a working superintendent and having me get material for my task and everybody else's and coordinate everyone. Plus the work kept getting added but the pay didn't increase with it. Now I'm home and started my own business.

I have tools and know how to do 13 different trades

MONEY MONEY MONEY

Currently employed but needing more money, and my current company won't budge. Looking for a new job with more pay, but how will I know if this company/role will pay more? I won't leave my current job for a similar/less pay. I know I can look up market pay scale, but the pay range can vary- especially with company size and/or responsibilities. Is it inappropriate to ask before an offer is given?

why do companies not state salary?

Just curious as to why companies do not state salary in there job ads(most companies not all). I understand that some companies salary are open but I know there are certain companies that have a set salary (union jobs). I also understand that companies want you to apply for there positions, but wouldn't it easier and save alot of time just to state it upfront.

Job Posting Question

My name is John Guerin. I am an experience Procurement Manager who was recently laid off at DRS. I have applied for your Purchasing Manager opening twice over the last six weeks and have not even received a phone call. I know I am highly qualified and could do great work for Holiday Builders. I know the compensation will not be at a high level and I accept that. I can do the work and hope to get an opportunity to discuss the role with the General Manager. Sincerely, John Guerin
