Is my employer allowed to take all but 29 dollars out of 630 and is he allowed to make me pay for a company phone I had a phone and he told me he would get me one then charged me 88 dollars a month for it I only was paying 45 a month

I haven't had the time to get my GED yet. I have my son who has learning problems and I have my part time job but I don't want to work there anymore cuz of the stupid conversion stuff. I'm a talker and i tend to go off topic on the phones when I'm talking with people, it might be my ADHD or my nice and sweet nature wanting to help. I'm not sure but I kinda want a job that is close to me and can talk to people not just on the phones.

I just started a job in August and part of what they want me to do is go around find problems, see how things are run, and get a feel of what issues people have. I've never had to do anything like this before, and I always have that voice in the back of my head telling me "you're gonna sound like an idiot asking these stupid questions...go figure it out yourself...." I hate feeling like this all the time, but it's something that I need to get over. What is a good way to muster past these feelings?

Ask questions to understand the situation better and proceeded from their if I couldn't help the situation myself I asked for help or guidance

Is it ever difficult to communicate with customers?

Every time y'all call me either ur end disconnect or y'all asking me if I want to go to school... I'm 48 no I don't want no more schooling. Get it together!!

I would have to say that most of the great advice came from Team Leaders but there were a few fellow employees who gave advice when I was moved from one department to another. They helped me learn the quickest way to get the job done as there were numerous calls coming in.
