I lost my job a month ago I'm 64 and its been over 25 years that I've had to look for a job obviously I'm not in as good shape as I was back then things have changed a lot I'm not overly educated but I still have many skills I've been a rigger and truck driver for the last 20 yrs I had an automotive machine shop before that I can still build engines and run lathes boring bars mills crankshaft grinders I specialized in cyl.heads I am probably the best you'll see as a forklift operator I can do maintenance work drive anything I live in Loveland Co.Im looking to retire at 66 1/!2 but I need to feed the family keep a roof over their heads until I can get retirement going so if anybody knows anyone in need of help I would prefer full time

I got a job !!!
I went to an interview in Denver Co mind you I live in Colorado Springs CO. It's like 45min drive. Then I had two more job interviews for that Monday.. well I went to the interview the store manager ask what can you do? And my response I can open nd close ur store I can stock ur warehouse nd can be a CSM ( customer Service Manager nd can evening do your job if u let me. And he smaile and said ur hired...
Now for anyone that's read this dont give up, but dont settle for less neither.. Keeping looking stay positive in the long run it will work out for you!!!!

Why?
Yeah well I have always been the one fired or laid off and they just say it's do to finances and income during a time of year. Well it happened 4 time's in 6 months. What is a good time of year when you want to live in summit county Colorado or summit county Utah. It is hard enough switching to the city cause I hate it. I am 26 year's old and I have never had a change of pace in the restaurant field. I don't have the money to make it in the city and the city even when it's not your choice to be homeless treats you like garbage. I am white and no it doesn't matter to me that I am. Some people believe that white people have more to get out of life. Well that's so not true. I have not ever been chosen over anyone. When is my time to get work cause I work hard. No I don't go party with coworkers. I am only paid for work. If it is about being a party freak then wtf are we working to satisfy the customers. I don't have the time to just get drunk and get twisted. I have to save money so I can pay for rent cause I am not saving up for a place cause I will never be able to buy a house with what I have had. I don't have the time to donate my time to charity cause I need a place where my stuff will not be stolen by roommate's
