Training for a Cdl class A

If I apply for a position that consist of having a cdl am I capable of getting hired then getting the cdl

Who long would I have to have my cdl to work for your company

I live in Brewton Alabama. There are a few jobs in the area. Mostly truck driving. My question is, for the truck driving companies that provide cdl training, do you pay up front or does it come out of your paycheck after being hired? I've never driven a truck, but I have thought about it.

My question is there CDL training on the job or is it already an requirement before hire

My background is in finance but I’ve been hearing allot of talk around job outlook uncertainty from other finance and accounting professionals. I’ve been thinking about going for a CDL license as a career backup plan so I can qualify for driver/delivery job down the road if things don’t work out for me in the finance industry. Driving is definitely not my first career choice but the pay is good and jobs are in demand.

I would love to transfer to Exel in Charleston South Carolina in June of 2016 . Hopefully they will have a position open for me at that time. I truly would miss working for Exel if I had to find employment elsewhere. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I have two locations to work with. I'm looking for a local job in either location. Kerrville or Marble Falls, Texas areas. Maybe a good employer will see this. Need to go to work this week. Applied even at local Lowe's store and have had no response. Doesn't anyone need a good employee with experience and references?
