THIS GOES OUT TO POTENTIAL EMPLOYERS!

Dear Potential Employers: As I've sifted through various "opportunities" on this board, one fact has become crystal clear: the majority of you do not provide any training whatsoever for the positions you offer. In fact, most of the job requirements state "Must have at least-- --years of specific, job-related experience in this industry." As you may have observed, this board is populated by individuals who, to say the least, have no experience whatsoever in the jobs you describe. Here's a simple solution: Employers, PLEASE START TO OFFER TRAINING You'll discover that you'll be able to choose from a large pool of candidates who are willing and eager to learn something new, almost guaranteeing long-term commitment to your organization. Win-win.

Innovation....motivation....progression

For almost 7yrs in a electronics company wherein we used to assembles some parts of cpu,led ligths and many more...my knowledged was more relevant most common on some hardware parts of pc or the hdd.i used to learned also how to assemble the led lights and many more.....its my gratitude to the company whose hired and trust for me for so many years and thought me a lot of things on how you value your work, the company, your co-workers and your employeer of course...why i got to resigned?as on my own experience, once you've engaged in this kind of work environment, you'll invest most of your time to it.i don't want to sacrifice my family life and time and otherwise to my husband and to my son....eventhough my siblings and parents was depending on me...thats what you called decision making, you've got to choose?!?!

What challenges have been solutionized during your career?

Achieved a since of organization in the mist of chaos and rushing to meet project deadlines while at the same time training a team of employees on software applications.

It's true, we don't know everything!

Continuous learning is part of the joy of being human. Be open to sharing what you know with others and humble to learn from anyone.

I need tools to develop tolerance in work.

for the past years I directed several departments, for bipartisan political reasons, they removed me from my area, which does not bother me because I work and I adapt very well in any area. However I do not tolerate the icompetent people.

Exhausted from job searching

How does one convince an organization that you are certainly capable of fulfilling an entry level job and are willing to stay, perform the job, and seek advancement, if/when available? Incredibly frustrated and losing resilience

Gen Xers are too busy "getting stuff done to navel gaze".. (sound familiar or no?)

If you were born between 1965-1980, I'd love to hear - does this sound about right to you?.. Interesting article about the gen-xers trying to get stuff done. https://www.bostonmagazine.com/news/2018/04/10/generation-x-boston-workforce/

3 Curves Universe

Usually, humans beings give many rounds finding a real purpose in their lives, many persons take a lot: Personal development courses, professional careers courses, management & business improvement intense training, among others, but some of them failed to calm their anxiety or search for doing things well or perfectly well, the savage competition to get better salaries and better work positions increase significant stress in the emotional field of the general public. However, some people do not think about their actual job position and real function into the company, we should interact with other humans to complete or exceed our duties, just because we must to evolve in doing better things every day, no matter what simple are our responsibilities in the Plant or even at home. We must figure out that we move in a wonderful - fantastic dynamic Universe that we can define by 3 curves around us: 1) Society and Legal Curve: This is a flexible curve defines our: Social, culture, legal and personal behavior interactions among us: In the professional jobs and in the personal actions, you can easily move that curve at your convenience or depending your powerful position into the: Company, legal court, university, school, business, personal relationship, family, friends or any human activity, you can cheat others, but you never can cheat yourself, doing the right thing is a social, cultural and personal asset. You can always do the right things, doing the correct things and make a hallmark of you doing things well, however manipulating things (public relations) for going well, it is a big difference there, to be honest and ethical is never an old fashioned person, and do your best ever and right improve your curve… 2) Moral Curve: Yes, this is another very flexible curve and not less important curve, this is your moral attitude, this curve is completely subjective, because one thing moral for me it is not moral for others, the more complex thing there, many times your moral compass does not indicate the same angle of the Society moral compass. Many people confuse the moral curve with the religion curve and separate them, however no matter what are you beliefs: Your moral must be coherent with your professional and personal doings related with real facts. You must respect the moral beliefs of others and specially respect your moral codes, if any, you cannot evade the moral codes at your convenience, you can move the moral curve, but sooner or later the moral mirror will reach you, always there is a big difference in duties and legal rights and moral curve cannot be an excuse to comply your duties without hurt the rights of anyone there… 3) Universe Curve: This is the bottom line curve of everything, is where we live and develop our current challenges and learning, we are lucky that this curve is fixed and we cannot move at our convenience, the only way to move is getting a better knowledge of the Universal laws: Heat transfer, dynamic laws, cinematic laws, solid mechanics, chemistry, biology, among others, please keep your ignorance perimeter the smallest possible at least in your professional incumbency, learn better your job and problems will keep out of this curve, do not be ashamed to ask others for help or reading books… We can like to play just one curve in our job place, but we cannot like to play the other curves in the house with family, colleagues and friends, our mankind duties are working 24/7 and they do not take holidays, be careful to keep your personal and professional performance inside those 3 curves in constant equilibrium, do not be perfect, just be human, think about it… Arquimedes Rodriguez Mata
