President and Owner

Love the challenge of running my own business. Always interesting and as a self-motivated person I try to avoid working for people from whom I cannot learn.

Will you take care of this for me?

So I was a bartender at a small seasonal restaurant in the year 2000 I came back to work there in 2001 & on the third day he asked if I'd take care of something for him if I did I'd get a raise to 12.50 & hour and still be able to get my tips as head bartender. I of course said yes thinking it be something silly but instead he wanted me to oversee a new cook coming in and if the cook was up to task to fire the other cook & make arrangements for another cook to come in for interviews later that week. And that's how I became head bartender & assistant manager of the Hudson Beach Cafe.

Production supervisor

I am a 50 year old woman. I am currently employed and have been with my company for 29 years. I feel it's time for me to move on to the next chapter in my life. I work as a supervisor in a fast pace cold environment. I have a team of 20 employees I am in charge of. Very familiar with GMP,HASSP, CCP etc. It is a meat facility. It is also a union runner facility and I was shop Stewart for the union for many years. I have been a supervisor for the past 12 years.

Whats the best way to advance in a company?

I think the best way to move up in a comapany is to show improvement on the job your requried to do and to not be a call out or a employee whos late or always sick or something, i think a worker whi deserves an advance in a business are the ones that show the dedication to their job.

When you stop learning and excelling..you're not trying hard enough

When no longer learning at ones' profession ,you've got a 'job' Not a profession.

To land a job you MUST... be willing to commit to excellence.

I began at U.W. Hospital in 1985. I began as a nursing assistant, working part-time, and going to nursing school part-time. I was a young adult at that time. I was reimbursed 75% of my tuition costs at that time. Now I've been an RN 28 years. The last 22 years I have been in the abdominal organ transplant clinic. Our program is world re-known. I've looking forward to retiring soon, with a lifetime pension. UW Health is an excellent; but high paced institution to be employed by.

Mr

I am seeking a position for shift leader but I am also available for other positions. I have previous experience in fast food a I have worked myself up from the bottom by being a hard worker and complete my works. If given the opportunity I will prove myself with out a doubt. I am not afraid of any work at all. I know where my skills rely on daily .
