College grad with little work experience

I’ve been out of school for a year a now with my BS in Psychology and I’m looking to go into law but, I need some more related work experience. However, my jobs have all been sales or childcare so I’m having a hard time getting even an entry level secretary job at firms! What can I do?

Advice please!

I'm considering a change in my career. I'm still looking in the retail industry but different companies. But what do I tell potential employers about looking elsewhere when I've worked there 8 years and have worked my way up?

Stress filled week?? Increase Ease with this...

EASE. The feeling when the weight of the world, stress, frustration and tension all leave the body and release into the universe. That ahhhhh sound and feeling, you know what I'm saying.

Today, adjust the dial in your life trajectory by turning away from the unwanted and counting your blessings.

Ease is something we take for granted and some even shun taking time to feel good. Truth is we are overstressed and over stimulated.

Let's change that now with the understanding if you don't practice feeling good you will never be able to acquire happiness for long periods. Practice now, this will only take a couple minutes at most. Feeling good despite circumstances is even more powerful.

I challenge you right now to take 5 deep breathes and feel ease for just a moment. Fill the chest up with fresh air and let all the air out from the bottom of the belly. Focus only on suppling your body with this essential for the moment, let the rest go for just a moment. Try it lock yourself in the moment and realize thats were well-being is always waiting for you!

Cheers, have a great weekend Community!
