Did anyone turn all documents in for PUA???? And if not what steps did you take

I've been working retail for about 3 years and I'm still an associate, What do I do to try to get a promotion? Any suggestions 🤔

How should i feel about mandated vaccines at my job? I dont work in the medical field.

Struggling to find a job in my field after Covid!
I have been an orthodontic assistant for over twenty years and now I find myself being too qualified to be an assistant but not qualified to be anything else unless I want to start over at the bottom in a career which at 43 I don't have it in me to start all over. Doctors do not want to pay me for my 20 years of experience I have been asked by doctors what is the least amount of money I would take and I feel extremely insulted I worked very hard to get where I was before Covid. I am one of the millions that would completely lose all benefits at the end of June. I have looked for a job for months with no luck as there are very few openings even in my area, outside my area they won't hire me because I live too far their thoughts are that I will get tired of the drive or I will constantly be stuck in traffic and late while patients are waiting I get it I really do but at the same time I am in a no win situation. I think I posted this just to get it out because I'm falling apart and scared of losing everything I've worked so hard to get because of a virus I had nothing to do with.

A million dollars to take a vaccine shot. Some States are doing it. But, not mine. Would you take a shot for a million dollars ? After taxes you might clear $ 750,000.

When doing a resume update and scanning for a new job search a couple of questions came to my mind. How do I find that sweet spot between using the skills I have and reimagining them to grow in new directions? Why is it that every time I am ready to search for whats next the phone rings with offers from previous employers or coworkers? The first question was easier to answer: I enjoy challenge, hard work, and taking my self to new levels. The second was harder. I am my best critic. I do not spend the time owning my strengths the way I do owning my faults, but that does not stop others from seeing my strengths. I always am willing to go the extra mile even if for a season with out the extra pay. I listen and respond. I have integrity as my motto and it shows. I am not afraid to call out injustice. I don't pick up other people garbage as a rule but I do provide grace for it because we are all human.

Unemployment
Why is it taking me so long to get unemployment payment I applied on April 12 and it still states pending what could be the reason for that I have not received any contact information from them stating that I was denied or if there was an issue I claim every week and still have not received a payment can somebody help me please?

It’s better to love your job and make less money than hate your job and make more.

Too Old to Get a Job!!!!
After years of looking for a job I've finally decided I think I need to give up. I apply and it's like my application goes into the ozone never to be seen again, I never get the courtesy of a response, even if it would be 'your too old' (which I know they cannot tell you if that is the reason). Any other older job seekers feel this way?? You know the old saying 'misery loves company'.

I’ve been a stay at home mother and up until October 2020, I was also a housewife. I’m now a single mother once again with instead of 1 daughter whose now 18 and freshman at Bethel University, but now my husband since 2009 left me with our 12 & 11year old daughters. I’m so read to get back into the work place and speaking from experience, I lter can do ny job, I just need 1 company to give me a chance,
