Hola & Happy Friday Job case community! I am in the process of becoming fluent in espanol, has anyone found this to be a leverage point when my review comes up to increase chances of a larger pay raise? I will be starting a new position on Monday that is a 90 day contract in hopes of being hired on! I was previiusly a Triage Nurse for 15 years and my new job will be in case management for clients on the West Coast! Thanks in advance for any input!

My name is Cynthia, I am 15 but soon turning 16 in December, I have filled in for a relative at Tom thumb working as a janitor in the night. I am in high school 10th grade, I participate in the school band. I'm not much of a fast learner but also not a slow learner. I guess you can say I'm a people person, I like making people laugh and I like to help them out when they need a hand. I am bilingual (Spanish and English) but I do mostly speak English and struggle with My Spanish. My home is Dallas TX and I would really like to build up my future, I have 3 careers in mind: masseuse, caregiver, and a Baker. I like being around animals and I love to help with children.
