I quit my job because i felt many times i wasnt being supported. I work very hard at everything i do , at times i give in too much. I entered this job just as a barista 8 months later i was a lead 2 months later i was a supervisor. I learned everything a manager does. I understand the bussiness and its demands. But i felt many times i had no back up from my management team. Im always up to a challenge definatly not afraid.

Heyyy! I’m 20 years old. I have worked as a barista one summer in the mountains at a little coffee shop called Mountain Grounds Coffee. It shut down sadly but it was a great working experience.

I can not recall a big mistake I made even though there's no big or small mistake, but I made a client a cappucino instead of latte, luckily she liked it since she only knew of a latte, the froath as she said was sweet

A great experience to meet people as in guests and co workers, but come prepared to work hard and give 100% most of the time. A smile and kindness will go a long way. Positive attitude even when things get tough.

Well the biggest mistake working there was giving my manager a piece of my mind.....but he wasn't management material...he was weak and very judgemental.
