Although it's a bigger corporation I enjoy being apart of Bank of America because I get to be myself and they feel like family. I love to talk to folks and I get to do that all day long as a teller. Plus the benefits are good.

Banking question
I applied for a couple bank jobs recently. I got an email saying you don’t have the skills required. I actually did the job I applied for 11 years. So not sure how I am not qualified. I cannot even get a face to face interview. Everything is done online. Here is my problem. I have a couple dings on my credit report no collections, liens, judgements or bankruptcies. I had a couple late payments. Any suggestions or ideas how to navigate through the gatekeepers? And honestly I don’t know if the banks requiring spotless credit reports. Every thing is current and in good standing. Needing some advice.
