Job Hunting

I've been a waitress and a retail worker for the past 5 years but I am in school and set to graduate next year. I was trying to get a job at a bank or on an assembly line, hoping to make at least $15-16 and no one is calling me back and many of these places don't give you a way to contact them. I wish there was an easier way to find an entry level job before I graduate so I can get my foot in the door. I know 90% of the information that a graduate with my degree does, I just wish a company would give me the chance to prove myself.

What made me stay @ #CommerceBank was

Solid company, great benefits, promoted within the company, and very fair pay increases each year based on job performance. Offered in house training and other outside to stay current with all banking laws. The 35 years I worked there I created many lasting friendships with employees and customers.

I need an expert to help with my resume

I currently work in an international bank as a trade finance specialist and that's where I started my career. I have been carrying same resume in the past eight years . I need someone who can freely assist with that service. Do you have anyone in mind?

Discrimination

I was at ATM in Angola Indiana brazing parts at 13.00 dollars an hour never missed a day, my job performance was good .. Working my way through the 90 day probation period.. I made friends with what they call minute men.. They bring people in from bigger cities to work 7 days a week 12 hour days.. They provide there housing in a hotel for 5 weeks and give a food allowance of 175.00 dollars a week... I made a comment that my friend was getting tired of the 12 hour days to my other coworker and was fired instantly..
