Please everyone I need Baker job,please help me or part time job

I was head baker for many years. Upper management was awful to everyone. They'd try to make me write people in my crew up so they would lose their vacations. I'm not even sure if they still get vacations anymore. Raises hardly ever happened for the people working there no matter how good of a worker they were. I made good money while I was there but they made me feel like I had no soul. I tried to fight for people and sometimes it worked but not often.
