My advice to people interested in working at #NapletonDCJR as a #AutoDetailer/Deptmanager ...

DO NOT WORK HERE!!!! Worst place I have ever worked at. Management, from GM all the way down, needs replaced. Constant backstabbing and lies. GM likes to stir up drama daily.

I wanted to work at #SantaCruzNissanDodgeVolkswagen because

It happened to be real close to where I lived and I had been commuting to Santa Clara for a few years and it was taking its toll on me.

Interview Questions

Is it right to correct the interviewer when they ask wrong questions? Yesterday I went on a second interview. The original interviewer plus his boss. Basically we went over same stuff. Then Boss stated to ask questions that made no sense to me.They were questions concerning the process of a repair to truck. But they were wrong. Parts wrong. Way repair should be made was wrong. Needless to say I was confused and looked it. Had to get clarification. Climate changed. As soon as I went out door knew I was not going to hired. Yes got the typical thank you note same day. So I guess I should have showed my knowledge if they were trying to trip me up. Right???
