The biggest mistake I made as a #SeniorMobilityTranslationEngineer at #AT&T ...

Was with BellSouth 11 years before the merger that formed today's AT&T and the biggest mistake I made was staying with the merged company too long. Should have been done with the company but I stayed. Biggest mistake I made working for them.

My advice to people interested in working at #AT&T as a #SeniorMobilityTranslationEngineer ...

Don't. The management is lackluster and the direction of the company is continuing on a downward spiral. If you choose to work there get your experience and move along as quickly as possible.

What I loved working at #AT&T

I work has a Communication TECHNICIAN for nearly 19years. It was the best job, because the content changes in technology. Never a boring day.

I enjoyed working for #AT&T because...

I felt comfortable and secure with my job duties. I am a people person and I had the opportunity to help the customers that called for help. They were usually angry or confused about their service and sometimes needed credit issued. I was able to do my job for 20 years. Now at this time of my life I would like a part time job to again feel fulfilled aiding and promoting good customer service.
