Hello, I'm just curious as to what your company is looking for. I have previous management experience in running a bakery/cafe/deli also known as Le' Boulanger throughout the Silicon Valley. I was an Assistant Manager for over a year working for them, until I had to move. They located me 3 times. I know the environment is extremely fast paced, the customers needs, and I also know how challenging it can be to maintain such a business. Good work ethics are a must for me along with structure, multitasking, excellent communication skills, stability, speed and productivity. Always keep your guests coming back for more. Every manager has a different type of managing style, so adapting comfortably is key in hiring every associate or manager. (shift supervisor, etc.) The reason for this question is because Panera keeps sending me emails on a daily basis.
