What’s with all the interviews for a Customer Service/Cashier position?
I’m applying for a cashier position with a national supermarket chain and so far I’ve had to take a personality assessment, phone interview, HR interview, and manager interview. Then I got sent for a drug screen, It’s been over a month now and I’m still waiting for an offer!!

Job Assessments
I am sure what type of transition has occurred over the past five years, but I am sick of job assessments. My problem is taking an assessment for one agency and then taking that same one for another agency. The agencies send you a link and the only difference is the link. I don't have a laptop so I have to go to the library, even in 2015 with all of this technology.I can't understand taking an assessment various companies and there is not a way for each company to see the results. The results should be good for 6 months.

Asset Protection
Received a call from the DLPM from Home Depot said he is interested in me for a multi store LPM position buy needed to take the online assessment. I have but was wondering how long it takes for them to get the results. It's been 3 days and the DLPM said he would call me either way. Rochester NY.

What’s your ‘BEST’ answer to this Cashier assessment question?
A customer buys $7.84 in merchandise and hands you $10 dollars. When you return the change the customer claims he gave you a $20 bill. The store manager is gone. You should…
- Give the man $20 and bag his purchases.
- Give the man the difference between $7.84 and $20.
- Tell the customer to come back when the manager returns.
- Close the line and settle your cash drawer to verify any cash discrepancies.

How would you champion this project deadline scenario?
You’re working on a project with a tight deadline but you find that you’re unable to complete your section because your coworkers and your supervisor are unavailable to answer key questions.
