As a shift manager, I enjoyed the crew that worked below me.

Don’t get me wrong it is a good work cite you could enjoy working there but some of the people that you work with doesn’t make things better for you because they tend to act a way that they are really not and they are not very understanding.

Do not let the GM yell at you...she will continue to push her limits until she runs you off!! Noone will EVER speak to me the way she did!!

Customers would sometimes not like the prices or if we were out of stock on something or longer wait times then normal

I had a set secdule my pay was good for fast food got to know our regular customers

My coworkers were the best

Ensuring my shift Managers were up to acting their age. I loved EVERYONE at Arby's and loved working there. My only troubles stemmed from the SHIFT manager not being able to act 24 or 25 instead of teenagers at times. My GM was amazing as was the Assistant Gm. I would go back if they fixed this one major problem
