90 percentage of my applications (33 of 37) reflect under review. Why is it that those applications are not moved to the next phase? Do I have the qualifications for each one? Yes. I have yet to receive a call or email about a scheduled interview for any of these positions. It is mind boggling.

I want to no why my 16 year old son apply for a job and always get turn down

I have stayed positive for 2 months and still nothing. I am more than qualified to operate a forklift, I have applied to a Walmart several times and I never get a response. Every time the job pops back in my email every other week I apply for it, the last two times it shows "under consideration". The two times before that I never got a single email stating that the position had been filled or an explanation why I was not chose. it is so frustrating to go thru the whole process everyday, filling out apps on line for different employers and nothing....I feel like I am wasting my time,
