Applebee's was a great environment I learned a lot since I've been working for that company for the past five and a half years.during the course of my employment there I learned a lot worked around good people and learned a lot from more than just cooking I got the travel for the company as a corporate trainer to train new staff and presentation of the new items that was going to be served in the organization. doing my leafy time there and I felt os2 head staff wasn't too much Hands-On and I want to learn more into the business wise and it was like no help there so I end up leaving back home to Florida for a little while and came back to Shreveport.

I never got into it with anyone at Applebees I've always tried to encourage and uplift people when I was there but don't get me wrong some people was asking for a problem
Be careful watch out for the snakes and rats stay to yourself because if u don't your name is gonna be into some negativity you will eventually be lied on my experience there was hell besides some nice co workers I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there

I didn't love anything about this job besides the fact the cooking part because I like to cook that's it

It was like highschool freshman Friday overkill amounts of dishware and a walk-in freezer cold enough to make jackfrost bow down lol but the staff welcomed me with laughs jokes and a pie face prank. The crew excellent its like being welcomed home with all your friends and families there and they're serving you drinks all night for the party it felt like home good people good food and awesome laughs while being swarmed with orders ready to go.
