Being able to please and satisfy my consumers

I was able to provide one call resolutions to unsatisfied customers and also help retain them into the company, and I also liked building relationships with my coworkers and customers at Alorica.

Has anyone has any experience here

Alorica is a horrible place to work . The supervisor are unprofessional and the company as a whole does not care about their employees I would not recommend this job to my worst enemy.
