For the most part, I enjoyed the different experiences that I had during my tenure. I learned and a lot from the various sites that I worked.

Is that no matter how good a employee you are you can bust your ass they don’t care. I got cheated a lot at allied I done Supervisor roll for 7 months at 8 dollars a hr then got screwed another job position n my 1 year vacation so allied is not very professional at all

At first when I started working there it was a friendly place and fun place to work but as time went by and new people were coming on some of those newbies would get the supervisor position before the people with seniority. And not just that the pay isn't worth what you have to go thru on a daily basis

I felt like what I was doing made a difference. Providing security and safety for life and property is truly a worthwhile endeavor and one to be proud of.

All I can say I worked for Allied Barton/Allied Universal for 12 yrs,I have some of the most incredible Site Supervisors, Managers you couldn’t ask for better and I have had a couple Site Supervisor’s and account manager I. wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy some just not right for that title, The best pointer I can give is be friendly, helpful and don’t let the job make you , you have the sense to make the job. But this year has been the hardest since The pandemic because they keep losing accounts and they send you to different sites and these account managers and supervisors don’t know how to treat the officers someone is constantly messing up on the pay I haven’t had this to happen to me in the 12 years that I have work for this company but it is happening now and I am so frustrated I am looking for another job and I am willing to at this point throw away the 12 years that I have with this company. Hopefully the right person Reese us and try to change what they have going on inside the company if not you always lose but always remember when you are a officer especially a on armed officer you are mostly customer service you’re there to help people smile let me know what I need to go direct down and be nice .
