Try not to be overworked by theses Nazis. They will work you like a dog, yell at you in front of customers, and run their business like people aren’t part of it. GET A DIFFERENT JOB!! THE GREAT PAY IS A DISTRACTION FROM HOW DIFFICULT AND RIDICULOUS ALDI IS TO WORK FOR!! I WORKED THERE almost 4 years.

Go for it. It’s been years since I worked for them due to moving where there wasn’t any Aldi’s. But the have 2 here now and I am applying again!

I'm really in my feelings right now I put in two applications at the grocery store Aldi's and both of my applications were denied I mean I have 13 years experience what more do you want at this point I'm just getting so fed up and tired I don't even know what to do it's a grocery store it's all common sense I'm just so frustrated with doing all of these applications and keep getting no no no what do I do?

Tomorrow will be my official first day of training for my new full time position at ALDI. I’m excited but I’m also a bit nervous....I’m so grateful for this opportunity because it was a long road ahead of me....To be hired directly in with no initial interview by the district manager is definitely a BIG THING.... Sadly I had to say goodbye to Amazon but I will always have a home there. Good luck to me on my first day tomorrow.....

So I’m feeling a bit discouraged. I currently work for Amazon Wed-Fri overnights.....On Friday I was emailed about an interview for a Store Associate position at my local Aldi. I went to the interview, asked questions, shared a couple of laughs, Even was told I’d be a great fit for this store. Well today I received an email basically saying that they were going to consider other candidates and thanks for my time....I honestly do not know what went wrong or what I could’ve possibly missed. However, I do have streaks of red hair in my braids and I honestly thought about this before going. It was not enough time to change my hairstyle but could this potentially be something that prevented me from being hired? Oan I checked my email once again today and again I got an opportunity at another Aldi for a Cashier position but it’s a bit further...My hair is still the same way, any pointers?
