Woeful and sad..i worked 4 3years..i was #1 store manager..my GM and Cam were theiving..i reported it they moved me 2 a different store..i was #1 store manager..my mom got sick..i took fmla..and I needed more time they said don't bother going back..I reached goal 8 no out of 12..top 3, 4 other 4..they do not value hard good workers...No I do not recommend working there..unless your into being jerked around and devalued...

Trusting my general manager, while I was his assistant manager and the customers accounts manager. Thought he was my friend!

I was a customer accounts manager at Aaron's in Conway Arkansas. Was promoted regularly and helped earned my staff thier bonuses regularly.... And was given a company car to take home and use by the general manager. I hit a deer with my company car and when the corporate regional manager found out my wife was with me they treated me, A 30 year veteran,very badly and fired me. My general manager to save himself lied and did not tell corporate that he gave me the company car for personal use while my car was damaged during company business! Then they stopped me from getting unemployment benefits... after all the praise of how well I had done for years...they treated a veteran with no respect what so ever! Terrible corporate management!
