Where can I get training to qualify for a Branch Manager job?

I also was chosen as outside management and put on 90 day fast track and worked with 3 top branch managers. After was given a new branch location just opening.

20 years ago the management concepts I studied in college level
classes was called Total Quality Management or TQM. It teaches you to
Empower the coworkers when they work with customers to take care of customer needs and expectations. Also you gather in focus groups on sit down discussions to address issues in the branch or manufacturing
Environment. You brainstorm and discover ways to eliminate
mistakes and waste and gather data before and after. Having an empowered work force enables you as manager to continually improve your branch performance and productivity which increase profitability

You can consider looking into management training programs offered by Jobcase, as well as checking out resources such as Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, or local community colleges for relevant courses. Networking with professionals in the industry and seeking mentorship can also be beneficial for gaining necessary skills and knowledge for a Branch Manager position.
Well Jason, I can tell you from my own personal experiences, It came from on the job training while only being a staffing specialist for less then a week. The current Branch manager that ran and facilitated the branch where I worked at just up and left and never returned. Which left the branch open with no one to run it. I was put in a position where I had to take on the branch managers responsibility as well as my own responsibilities too. Quick thinking and being able to handle 200 plus employees at one time. Than add all in-house issues , corporate and day to day issues and concerns. At first it was a very complicated, overwhelming and frustrating to say the least. There is a bright side when it was all said and done after awhile easier and everything just felt like second nature.
Well I can say you will have to have patience, diligence and dedication to the company you work for because they will appreciate your hard work and efforts.
