Nothing, while driving a minivan to take children to school. I had a seziure, passed out and hit a fire hydrant. The police came and had to break a window to get me out . no damage was done to the van I was taken to the hospital and spent 5 weeks in bed. I got home and was not able to do anything for 3 weeks. I am good now and take 8 pills a day to prevent another problem.
