Got a job but?
I'm on a 90 day probation with it to see if I am a good fit. Understandable honestly as I am not sure I am physically up to it. It is NOT ideal, but it is in a similar field, just not in the part of the job I am wanting to be. This late in the game though should just deal with it, do my best and hope to transfer into the particular department I want to be in later on (like a year down the line)? or should I keep looking for something else?

I guess it depends on how you feel about your current position. If you feel like staying there will eventually get you to the place you want to be in the company and that you end up finding it doable to stay for a while, then do it! Know that you're on your journey and taking it step by step! However if you're uncomfortable and unable to do your current job and could have a chance to move to the position you'd rather have, then I'd say ask to be transferred! Good Luck! 🖤
