If I was convicted of a violent crime 14 years ago will Walmart still hire me?

Depends on your state. I live in VA and they would. Here they only go 7 years back for background checks unless your working with children or eldery/at risk population. Even our colleges and hospitals go back 7. Good luck! I hope you get the job 🙏
