Office Manager Administrative Assistant at Bullybag Tool Company Inc

How can I use my experience as a office manager/administrative assistant to move into a manager role?
A very wise director once told me, “once you are hired for a particular position learn that position as quickly and proficiently as you can. Then assist your superior in every way you can without being asked.” If you are performing at your level and the level above you will progress. Don’t squat because your paycheck reflects the lower position. Your proficiency level and ambition by taking on the higher level will speak for itself

To transition from an office manager/administrative assistant to a manager role, showcase your leadership skills by taking on additional responsibilities, leading projects, and demonstrating your ability to manage people and processes effectively. Seek mentorship opportunities, attend relevant training or workshops, and consider pursuing a certification or advanced degree in management. Update your resume and LinkedIn profile to highlight your managerial potential. Network with professionals in your desired field and explore job opportunities on platforms like Jobcase, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor. Good luck!
