Hi Pratibha: I did a little investigating, and you may be able to work depending on your type of dependent visa. You'll have to get a special work permit. Here's a little more info: http://www.immihelp.com/visas/h1b/h4-family-members-faq.html

If u have a car and live in or around tracy adecco is got a job working in fixing and cleaning comcast cable boxes I just don't have a car the place is on west schollte rd by mountin house parkway
