What should I bring up in an interview for a Cashier job?

The major issue is trust. Your proposed employer must feel he can trust you with his money.

your customer service skills, honesty and trustworthiness, and ability to handle money accurately

You never get a second chance to make a good impression. For me, personally, your handshake, how you express yourself, and a smile will go a long way.

Always remember to be kind outgoing and respectful to others

Math

Ask the interviewer what they expect of their cashiers be confident in all that you speak on and let them know you appreciate team work

Experience is a great thing, but for me, trust was the biggest point in someone's favor. I can teach how to handle money, but I can't overcome not being able to rely on someone.

relevant experience, like "I handle cash/register when I served at Olive garden"

If your asking me what it takes to be a good cashier I guess the answer would behow you treat customers ,need to have a good personality and ALWAYS count the customers change back to them!!
Take ur time when counting money good customer skills
