I would say you need an interest in helping others who are struggling, that you are a team player and that you are very attentive to details. Relate any experience where interaction was a part of your job and what your duties were. It's not a high quality position so there's no reason to stress. Be yourself.

To qualify for a Behavioral Health Technician job, consider including skills like crisis intervention, patient assessment, behavioral modification techniques, medication monitoring, and patient advocacy on your resume. Highlight your communication, empathy, and team collaboration abilities. You may also want to mention any relevant certifications or training programs you have completed. And don't forget to showcase your hands-on experience in a similar role if you have any.
